Hi sindy ,the procedure is pretty easy .the filling is made out of ricotta, parmesan, chives ,anchovies,salt pepper.For the sauce blench peas and cool them in cold water ,drain and blend with extra virgin olive oil and season with s&p,if you like you can garnish with fried white asparagus as you can see in the initial picture .the time for baking of the flowers is about 7/8 minutes.
