Hi, this is " la cucina casalinga", home made style. The purpose will be to promote each persons individuals style of cooking using their own recipe, I am going to showcase senior Italians who live in Italy and those Italians that have emmigrated to other parts of the world such as USA, Canada, Australia etc… I am also in the process of creating a cooking show for " La Vera Cucina", this will be based on only authentic Italian regional cooking, so stay tuned.
But you don't say every thing you put in the sauce, and exactly how much? I'm an American, second generation Italian, living in Sydney. I have only met 1 Italian Australian since I moved here…. guess I have to go to 'Lycott' is it? lol
