Okay, game changer! Great, easy recipe! The only thing I did differently with this recipe, is while I was cutting my vegetables, I browned my sausage & add a few San Marzano tomatoes to the baking dish (sorry, couldn't help myself, lol)! Thanks, so much for sharing your recipe!

I'm not only looking for color ("no color / no flavor"), but I'm also looking to roast veggies that pair well with each other and that I can put some polish sausage with… HELP!!

Cooking it tonight sadly with frozen bell peppers and onions didn't see fresh pre cut ones but looks delicious hopefully taste delicious using the hot Italian sausage Johnsonville
