  1. Italian beef is Italian beef this guys not from Chicago to say that, the best is scoobies or Anthony’s by far
    Avoid Al’s is shit

  2. I’d never heard of Italian beef until I started watching Love is Blind and somebody in season was all excited because his match could make it. I had no idea what the hell they were talking about.

  3. I like it with mozzarella cheese, I pick out only the celery bits in the giardinera and use that for a spicy crunch and a nice side of juice to dip it in. Idk how alot of people never had one, sad sad for you. Lol.

  4. When he said Gene's and Jude's for the best hot dog…. I fell over. He is totally Legit! Out of all the thousands of hot dog joints in Chicagoland – he nailed it! Amazing.. Oh and A Big Yes to Barnaby's! I love this guy!

  5. This looks so good. Someday I hope to go to Chicago and try this once y’all stop gunning each other down in the streets.

  6. shouldn't cook to 190, cook to medium rare and when you heat the thin slices in the broth it will finish.

  7. My mother and I moved to Chicago, in the early 60's. I had my share of Italian beefs. We always got ours with banana peppers and dipped. The last good beef I got, was in Tennessee, in the late 70's. A guy moved from Chicago to northwest Tennessee and opened a restaurant. He would travel to Chicago, every 2 weeks, to load up on beef and hotdogs. He made some righteous beefs and Chicago dogs.

  8. Grew up in Lake County, IL just north of Chicago, 45 minutes . I think the meat was sliced too thick, the bread was wrong and the au jus looked like gravy instead of au jus. Wish I could send you a picture of the last Beef Sandwich I had at Luke's Sandwich shop in Mundelein, IL It's Killer Good! Naturally, Hot & Wet! Though it looked like you fellas had fun and the product looked delicious, though NOT a REAL Chicago Beef Sandwich!

  9. Pair this with a Pepsi… will honestly bring out the whole truth in some people.

  10. I'm Lebanese, so my tastebuds are different. However, I just want to say I am pretty sure the cringe in this video just gave me AIDS. Thanks fellas.

  11. Those donuts seem to be same than Finnish munkki. Milk, yeast, sugar, eggs, cardamom, salt, all purpose flour, butter; deep fry in 180C for a few minutes, coat with sugar.
