Aria is an authentic Italian restaurant opened in Boracay Station 2 in 2003 by Juan Elizalde and Paolo Occhionero featuring a wood fired brick oven. This beach front restaurant has al fresco dining on the first floor and an airconditioned dining area on the 2nd floor. Their craveworthy cuisine, impeccable service and laid back ambiance continues to entice guests from all over the world. They have a wide selection of homemade pasta, mouthwatering woodfire oven baked pizza, soups, salads, seafood and meat dishes. Highly recommended from extensive menu are the Carpaccio di Manzo, Caprese, Insalata di Salmone Affumicato e Rucola, Spaghetti Alla Vongole, Al Nero, Carbonara, Putanesca, Bufalina, Calabrese and Napoli Pizzas, Scallopine di Manzo, Agnello Al Forno, Gamberoni Al Forno, Spinaci Burro, Risotto Ai Funghi and Tiramisu.
