I dont understand how you say you taste celery, yet, there is no celery in the process of making theses wines lol your just a little to over exaggerated. But i might add that i still enjoy your videos. And i watch them all the time.
barbera does need attention. i tasted it chilled for the first time, and it was delicious. simple, tart and cherry. for the price point, a definite buy.

My uncle grows Barbera grapes for his wine here in California. They grow well here and the wine is great.
