Today, was our last full day here in Modena. We got to go to the fresh market, walk around town, and enjoy our last cooking class. Later in the day we had some time at leisure and then went out to dinner. My time in Italy was mind-blowing and a completely transformative experience, but most importantly I have continued to learn the following:
