  1. "Vegetables – during postpartum you can eat from the entire list but you must cook the foods first. However, avoid nightshade vegetables (such bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplant) as they may affect the your breast milk and can upset your baby's digestion"

  2. Hello Becky, love your videos. Ground beef and ground turkey turn out best when canned if you just lightly brown and season then can without adding any water or broth.

  3. Thx for sharing! Your béchamel sauce made love stuffed peppers. I have tried countless recipes but always meh. Yours is perfect and so adaptable👌

  4. Did you find a link for those glass baking dishes with the locking covers?

  5. Becky I was wondering what size your freezer containers are that have the snap on lids are they 9"x 13"? and if so what is the brand name? thanks in advance.

  6. My 4 year old daughter is your biggest fan. And now, in addition to watching your videos, she likes to run around our backyard and “play Becky”. She carries a bucket around and picks random leaves and sticks, calling them her garden crops. Then she pretends to make freezer meals.

Just wanted to let you know that you are influencing one little girl in the best way. Thank you for creating this channel and giving us viewers a loving community full of helpful information and kindness ❤

  7. Your cooking is always so adventurous, I cook the same way… basic idea and what sounds good at the moment.

  8. Thanks for another inspiring video, Becky! You are a blessing. Everything looks so delicious. I love the white sauce and turkey bacon stuffed pepper idea. Hope you are doing well. 🌷

  9. Becky I went back to watch some of your freezer meals you make I noticed the place on your left arm I said oh my goodness I didn’t notice that when I was watching the first time I hope it wasn’t a bad burn I was trying to find how you made the baked oatmeal breakfast casserole so I could make it for my grandchildren thank you so much for sharing your life with us baby

  10. Hi Ms. Becky. 😊
If you want a quick way to cook a turkey and still have moist turkey, EVERY TIME. Cook it in a turkey sized cooking bag (like Reynolds), a 18 lb turkey cooks in about 3 hours, sometimes less. I kid you not. No basting, just prepping as usual, follow the easy directions on the box for the bag prep, put into bag, into oven and forget it for 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the turkey! 😊
My mom taught me to cook turkeys this way, it has never failed me in 30 years of cooking turkeys.
I also cook my roast the same way, (roast and veggies around it) turn out amazing, never dry.

  11. You are so lucky. It gets too hot 🔥🥵 here to keep canned meat on the shelf. I tried looked great but tasted bad. The heat had sent it off. So I am into freezing. I would like to try freeze drying. Can you test dried product from freeze drying what temperature up to on shelf before affected by heat. Sounds strange but meat did taste bad once canned and stored in heat. No cool place here to store certain foods on shelves. Please.😊

  12. You're so much more confident and graceful carrying those full pyrex dishes on the palm of your hand than I would be. If that were me, all of that would have fallen to the floor. I'm so clumsy, I'd make a terrible waitress! Lol!

  13. If anyone has a hard time growing peppers its because Peppers are not a summer crop like everyone thinks. Spring and early fall at temps between 50-60 degrees.

  14. Not done watching. But you can always do a stuffed pepper cassarole with the extra filling and mix in with the pepper tops.

  15. Thanks for the inspiration, Becky…I am so going to try stuffing peppers.

  16. We love stuffed peppers but I’ve always just made the beef with tomato based sauce. You have truly inspired me with your turkey and bacon with the white sauce and cheese version. This sounds so amazing. Can’t wait to try. Thank you so much for your videos. ❤

  17. I was hoping you would do some postpartum freezer cooking! You will be so thankful for these meals in the coming months!
