  1. What would I do or say to the people trying to scam me. Do I brush them off and walk away, maybe ask someone for help, or maybe I should just call the police?!?! Well whatever you recommend I will follow m, thank you.

  2. I am visiting next September for the second time. Looking forward to enjoying the landmarks, the food, the people. Grazie mille

  3. Tips: The best period to visit Rome are the months of April, May, September and October in which the weather is warm but not hot.

May would be definetly the best choice.

  4. 2:13 Ciao is very informal. It means both Hi and Bye. If you say it to a total stranger they will be very offended, unless it's someone who's patient with people who don't speak Italian. Salve is a little more formal than ciao but not enough for a total stranger. Stick with buon giorno. It's alway correct and if the person doesn't mind being informal, they'll tell you so.

  5. Lmfao I like how y’all said don’t expect them to know your language but everyone expects Americans to learn the opposing language. Aka Spanish Chinese etc…..

  6. In addition, there are prohibitions such as: do not eat on the steps, do not eat on the monuments, do not ride a bike or scooter or drive on the Spanish Steps, do not bathe in the fountains and, above all, do not climb the monuments. I don't know if this comment might sound a bit controversial, but I've seen too much bad behavior from tourists and I wanted to write something about it.

  7. Your right about about the scammers i am reading this in Rome now but on our first day not far from the Trevi fountain my teenage son was approached by a man all covered in white he said ill take a selfie of you with me on your phone my son was so happy then he asked for money my son pulled out 10 euros for change then he said no 20 he had the 10 in his hand so my son left but its very upsetting when you are enjoying your holiday and being nice to everyone thinking they are reciprocating only to find out it was a fake tactic to steal your money. So be aware of the man covered in white and another who puts bracelets on you and says this os for you then he gives all your family one converses with you then as you walk away demands money . Theres also a reformed drug addict she wants you to sign her petition but as your doing so she asks for a donation my partner went to give her some and she said most people give 40 euros but whatever you can he then felt compelled to give 20 rather than the 5 he wanted not to look stupid. Ive no doubt she’s genuine but she shouldn’t suggest such a high amount. Other than that Rome is absolutely fabulous

  8. Watch out for taxi ripoffs… I was in Rome over the summer it would cost €12 to get to the shopping district from my hotel and on the way back the guy tried to charge me €75 of course he didn’t have a meter so if they don’t have a meter or they don’t turn the meter on watch out

  9. Hey! I know you guys have lots of Switzerland content as well so I was wondering how easy the trip from Rome -> Switzerland would be? Thanks!

  10. I also noticed the bunny! I was wondering if you guys brought your pet bunny to Italy with you 🤣 Either way, by me trying to figure this out and scouring your pages for your adorable pet bunny, you got a new follower 😊 My husband and I loved the video and are really looking forward to our trip next year! We already know a tiny bit of French and Spanish, so maybe picking up Italian before next year won't be too hard! Thanks for all the info 😊

  11. I'm going to Italy for the first time and I guarantee I'm going to make all 15 of these mistakes! 🤣🤣

  12. I just got back from Rome a few weeks ago…Although I had no real troubles, I regret not learning more Italian… but I'm going again in the spring 😉

  13. I will be traveling to Rome in the first weeknof October, and your videos 👌 they are goin to be so helpful… Thanks for the lovely content ❤️
A question – what do you think will be the weather like in October in Rome? Should we carry full sleeves clothes or dresses/ sleeveless clothes should be fine.

  14. Thank for the great tips but what I loved the most was this cutie bunny hopping around 😍🐇🥰🐾🤩

  15. This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!

  16. Since a Fascist nut case is taking over I think the first mistake is going over there in the first place!

  17. Tbh mostly of italians are really short tempered, easily get angries, and racist. You just to have ignore it, sorry but as a 7 yrs living here that's really what I noticed, especially when you're not italian. Very rare to find some hospitable persons.

  18. The world's most beautiful nation is undoubtedly Italy. It displays the most breathtaking natural beauty and fascinating cultural riches that are unmatched anyplace else in the world. You will be mesmerized by the varied architecture of Venice, Florence, and Rome, as well as Tuscany's rolling landscapes, vineyards, and snow-capped mountains.
