Is not Pizzaiola You coocking RAGU!Depending on who you speak to, ONIONS and Garlic are a controversial ingredient too – and don’t even think of ever combining the two in a single dish.
After all, Americans are messing with their grandma’s grandma’s grandma’s recipes.
Ingredients: For 4 people
600 g of sliced beef leg
350 g of peeled tomatoes
a teaspoon of oregano
1 dl of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
4 cl of white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Beat the slices of meat and remove the ribs, if any, but leaving a little 'fat.
Fry the oil with the whole cloves of garlic.
When the latter are colored remove them and sauté the slices of meat over high heat after having salted and peppered.
Put them in a separate dish as they become colored.
Once the slices of meat are well cooked, pour the peeled tomatoes into pieces in the pan without the juice, the oregano, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper: cook and reduce the sauce.
Let the sauce fade with the wine: when it is faded, add the slices of cooked meat in the pan for a couple of minutes to flavor them.
Serve hot.
The goofy friends??? OMG…..Nice! Glad I'm not invited.
You're both super annoying!!!
You're such a Bimbo.
