Her journey began after being diagnosed with a rare type of a primary immune deficiency (not to be confused with autoimmune) where her immune system was unable to hold memory for antibodies to replicate more from exposure to vaccines and/or actual illnesses. This led to her being unable to work as a nurse in the hospital setting and spiraled down towards more diagnosis and a top weight of 251.7 pounds. When COVID hit, she was unable to work at all and began to focus on her own health and wellness going to nurse coach school and becoming more committed to a WFPB lifestyle.
Sheila’s private nursing practice helps others to break free from self-limiting beliefs, become empowered, energized, and manifesting their dreams that starts with good whole food nutrition. She works 1:1 over Zoom with you to help you find the core “Why” you want to make the changes you want to make, discovering self-limiting beliefs and helps you to rewire your own thought patterns into more positive and productive thoughts.
She is dependent on plasma donors that give her the antibody infusions that she needs to receive for life and wants to thank anyone listening who has ever donated plasma or hopefully encourage you to as well. Cowgirl Caviar
1 can black beans drained/rinsed
1 can black eyed peas drained/rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes drained
2 cups frozen corn
1 bell pepper chopped
1 c pickled jalapeños diced
1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
2 tsp of dried garlic granules
1 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix and let sit at least 20 minutes to marinade
Add 1 cup chopped cilantro
