5-6 potatoes peeled and cut into chips
1 Tin of peeled cherry tomatoes
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 large red capsicum

Preheat airfryer to 180c and cook capsicum for 8 mins, while they are cooking, put chips in a microwave safe bowl with a little water about 1/4 cup and cover and cook for 8-9 minutes until just cooked.
Then drain potatoes and put them into the airfryer with the capsicum and also add in the garlic, tomatoes and oregano and put the airfryer up to 200 and cook for about 25 minutes or more until crispy turning them over every ten minutes.
Yummy side dish or on its own with crusty bread 💝
