We actually order in quite a bit and there ARE healthier or ‘lighter’ options most of the time!

Pounded/ grilled chicken breast can be found on most Italian menus along with a house salad! Absolutely nothing wrong with ordering pasta as your main dish I just personally find it easier to overeat pasta than chicken 🤷🏻♀️ I usually opt for a main course that has protein and greens and then make sure to still order the pasta to enjoy!

I find that when I fill up on protein and veggies first I tend to be ok with less of the heavier/creamier stuff and it’s a good balance!
