When asked, where do you go for Italian food? I’d respond sure I’ve had Olive Garden before. Finding out Olive Garden was essentially the McDonald’s of Italian food made me realize I’d truly hadn’t tasted the real thing. From differing spices to cooking methods I found Italian dining to be completely different from my previously held assumptions. My mind set on tasting real Italian food I found a franchised yet authentic Italian restaurant. North Italia, illustrated what true Italian food and dishes can be. This experience was great and left me wanting more real Italian food. Thanks for watching and I encourage anyone who hasn’t, to go out to your local authentic Italian restaurant and enjoy some amazing cuisine.
