INGREDIENTS:
1TBS oil
1/4 of an onion
1 TBS garlic (less if you would like)
1 TSP salt (more to taste)
1 TSP oregano
1/2 TSP red chilli flakes
2 heirloom tomatoes (brandywive variety)
-I would use about 4 but only had 2 ripened available
-Peeled is recommended, not needed
-If you would like it less chunky, use a blender for smooth texture

For the pasta:
2 cups of homemade marinara sauce
1/4 cup of creamer
1 cup of parmesan cheese
