A Unique Italian Restaurant for Everyone to Enjoy
Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades they have invested meticulous attention to their unique décor and classical designs. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a family celebration, a group event, or a special dinner date.

The first ever Old Spaghetti Factory was located in the historic Carriage and Baggage building in Portland, OR. The building was constructed in 1886. The Old Spaghetti Factory proudly called this location home until 1984 when it relocated to its current Portland location along the Willamette River in the South Waterfront district.

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Louisville is located in the historic Levy Building which opened in 1893 as a clothing store. It closed in 1979 and was renovated in the 1980s and turned into The Old Spaghetti Factory Restaurant.

The day we visited there was an active bomb threat in Louisville and streets were blocked off everywhere. We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to make it there. Police were absolutely everywhere! Should we eat spaghetti or run? We ate spaghetti 🤣😂
