Loaded Pizza Dip
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup chopped Canadian bacon
1/2 cup bacon crumbles
8 ounces of sausage
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, melt your butter. Add veggies and sausage. Brown until sausage is cooked & veggies are tender. Drain fat. In a large bowl, add veggie/sausage mixture, cream cheese, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Stir together until mixed. Spoon mixture into a baking dish. Bake 30-35 minutes until browned. Serve with cucumber slices, pork rinds, celery sticks, etc and ENJOY!
