Description: Ben Affleck has a smoking habit, something which he doesn’t hide anymore. This habit seems to only be getting worse and while on honeymoon several pictures of him smoking have been shared.
However a more recent picture of him smoking raises the question, is he breaking the law. While dining at a luxury restaurant in the lake Como region, the actor was seen puffing on a cigarette. However Italy currently bans smoking inside restaurants leading many to question if he has broken the law.
Some cities like milan even go as far as banning smoking if you are within 10 metres of another person or in a crowded place and both Ben and Jen have been shopping there.
However seems like Ben either didn’t know about the law or has chosen to ignore it and staff have not pointed it out to him.
Whether it was breaking the law or not is something the Italian authorities can decide however J Lo who hates smoking seems to have accepted her husband is a smoker and not taken steps to discourage him from it yet. Maybe she will do so now, esp if Ben does get into trouble for breaking the law.
