The recipe for the spicy sausage lasagna sauce is as follows:
-One 15 ounce can of tomato sauce (“Great Value” brand)
-One 14.5 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes (“Great Value” brand)
-Two 7 ounce packages/rolls of “Farmer John” brand “classic pork sausage”
-1 and a half TBSP of crushed red pepper
-1 TBSP Italian seasoning
-1/2 a TBSP each of onion powder, garlic powder, and sugar
-1 bay leaf
-Salt and pepper to taste
The recipe for the bechamel is as follows:
-3 TBSP each of butter and flour
-1 and a quarter cup of milk
-salt and pepper to taste
the remaining ingredients for the lasagna are:
-Lasagna noodles (“Great Value” brand)
-6 mozzarella cheese sticks (“Great Value” brand)
