We head to Las Vegas to try a foodie experience at Superfrico in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The Cosmopolitan is one of the best hotels for foodies with chefs like David Chang, José Andreas and Christina Tosi. There’s no shortage of fine dining experiences that appeal to foodies from around the world.
The Superfrico is described as an Italian American Psychedelic dining experience with classic Italian fare offered at a supper club. Dancers and entertainers from the Opium show filter through the dining room and bar as you enjoy crafted cocktails and, in our case, a hand made buffalo mozzarella created table side. Pro tip, if you want to see how the buffalo mozzarella is made then you need to mention it in the notes when you reserve or call and reserve. There are only 12 of these or so made in an evening and are subject to availability.
After dinner we explored the small speakeasy, the Ski Lodge, hidden behind a red door.
