Today’s wine cocktail is “Mint to Wine” Yes, this is a white wine mojito 😜 Now I liked the white wine mojito with the Italian sparkling lemonade better than with the club soda. To me the Italian sparkling lemonade bought out the minty taste and paired better with the Pinot Grigio @macyswineshop
Mint to Wine Recipe
Squeeze lime
1 tsp of simple syrup
Fresh mint
Muddled the lime, simple syrup & fresh mint
After muddling I added it to a glass and to a mason jar
Added ice
1/4 cup of chilled club soda for wine glass
1/4 cup of chilled Italian sparkling lemonade in mason jar
1/2 cup of chilled Lone Cardinal Pinot Grigio
Rim with mint leave
Garnish & Enjoy
