We opened Italy’s most remote pizzeria in my backyard. Opening a restaurant with my family has always been a goal of mine growing up. So after arriving in Italy, I pitched them the idea of opening a restaurant in their backyard. An Authentic Italian pizzeria serving strangers and tourists for free at our house. Sounds like a great plan right? 😂 As usual, we went out on the streets asking strangers to have dinner with us at our place and try a homemade pizza. It turned out to be way more uncomfortable than expected but the end result, like any adventure we do with strangers, was worth every bit of discomfort.
