INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
25 g instant coffee
150 g icing sugar
200 ml cold water
coffee beans (to decorate)
cocoa powder (to decorate)
First of all, place the water in the freezer for 10 mins to make it super cold.
In a bowl, add the instant coffee, icing sugar, cold water and mix everything together for about 5 mins or until thick.
Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and coffee beans on top. Buon appetito!
