Hi, everyone and welcome back to my channel. This is the last step to the ravioli recipe tutorial: filling and boiling the ravioli. I thought the process would be much more difficult, but it wasn’t! Luckily, I found some great gluten-free pasta dough recipes, and everything was smooth sailing after that. Of course, the pasta machine setting on ravioli did simplify things!😊The key is to add ingredients gradually, and always pay close attention to the texture of the food. Make sure to water down the edges of the ravioli squares, but don’t press too hard. The Filling should not be runny or luquidy. Please let me know how they turn out if you try this at home!
