How to make Matcha Tiramisu (or Matchamisu) at home:

Ingredients:
– 3 large egg yolks (or 4 small ones)
– 1/4tsp vanilla extract
– 3Tbsp caster sugar
– 3Tbsp marsala wine
– 250g mascarpone cheese (room teperature)

For the cream:
– 1 cup whipping cream (scale up if you like a thick layer of cream for your tiramisu)
– 1Tbsp caster sugar

For the matcha water:
– 1 cup hot water
– 3Tbsp matcha powder
– Lady fingers

Also:
– 2-3Tbsp matcha powder for dusting
