Iron Chef Italian Masahiko Kobe last came to Australia in August 2017 for the reunion show of Iron Chef All-Stars at Sydney Opera House, raising funds to help families in India, Indonesia and the Philippines to leave poverty behind.
This was an interview by Roslyn Foo at Ristorante Massa, in Tokyo during an Iron Chef delegation trip in March 2017.
