So, here we are with a quick & yum Italian Pasta Cannelloni by BONN Chef Abhishek. Try this tasty and appetizing Multigrain Bread recipe with your friends & family to make your weekend treat delightful.

Ingredients:
Bonn Multigrain Bread
Milk
Tomato purée
Mushroom
Spinach
Olive oil
Cheddar cheese
Onions
Paprika
Garlic
Oregano
Baby corn
Pepper
Salt
Zinger
Pine nuts
Cheese
Red wine vinegar
Ricotta cheese

Method:
1. Filling-
Add oil in the pan to heat
Then add some garlic
Add some onions to it
Add some mushrooms
Add some salt
Then add some spinach to sauté
Then add some milk to it
After boiling milk add some processed cheese
Add some salt, pepper and oregano
Cook the mixture till it thickens
2. Tomato Base:
Add oil in the pan to heat
Add some garlic
Then add some onion & sauté
Then add some baby corn
Then add the tomato purée
Then add a little red wine vinegar
Then season it with salt, pepper, oregano & paprika
Stir & transfer to another bowl
3. Lasagna sheet
Chop the edges of the Bonn multigrain bread
Roll it to make it thin sheet
Trim the rough edges
Fry each bread sheet both sides
Add toasted pine nuts to the filling
Then add some ricotta cheese to it
-Add some filling on a bread slice and then roll it
-Spread the base & place the bread rolls on it. Then add some tomato base on it too
-Spread some grated cheese on it
-Grill it in the oven
-Then garnish it with some radish microgreens, cherry tomatoes & some black olives
-Italian Pasta Cannelloni is ready.
