Peri peri sauce pasta 🍝🤤😋
It’s spicy, creamy and super cheesy !!😮
We actually can’t stop ourselves from eating it and we are sure that you will too!😬
Ingredients –
– 1 cup cooked pasta
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1/4 cup chopped onions
– 1/4 cup green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup red bell pepper
– 1/4 cup broccoli
– 2 tsp flour
– 1.5 cups milk
– 1/2 cup grated cheese
– 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
– 1/2 tsp oregano
– 2-3 tsp peri peri masala ( checkout our reel of the recipe )
– Salt to taste
Instructions –
– In a pan, add water , 1/2 tsp salt , little oil and raw pasta . Cook the pasta in the water.
– In another pan, add butter , chopped onions and vegetables of your choice. Cook them.
– Add flour on top and stir well. Let the flour cook . Keep stirring .
– After the flour has been cooked, add in your milk. Let the milk thicken a bit.
– Now, add in lots of cheese and stir well.
– Add chilli flakes, oregano, peri peri masala and salt. Mix it well in the sauce.
– Add your cooked pasta and coat it well in the sauce .
– Add grated cheese from top as well and enjoy!
