Let’s prepare a delicious and refreshing watermelon sorbet with @Daniele Rossi Chef… you’re going to fall in love with it!
INGREDIENTS
2 g tara flour
58 g sugar
35 g dextrose
400 ml watermelon juice
10 g lime juice
2 g inulin
Cut the watermelon into small pieces separating it from the peel. Transfer it to the mixer and blend it, being careful not to chop the watermelon seeds.
Sift the mixture and pour in the lime juice, mix while adding the sugar, inulin and dextrose. Let it rest for 10/15 mins and put the mixture in the ice cream maker.
Our sorbet will be ready after about 20 minutes.
