We kicked off our Italy vacation with 3 days in Florence! We stayed at Hotel Deli Orafi, which was right on the Arno River, and just steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. On the first night, we had amazing pizza at Pizzeria Antica Porta, and gelato at La Strega Nocciola Gelateria Artigianale. On day 2, we took the train to a town near San Gimignano for wine tasting at Tenuta Torciano! The tasting in the gardens we did was 65 euro per person. It was incredible! We spent our 3rd day wandering around the city, drinking Aperol Spritz, and exploring the Piazzale Michelangelo. We ended the day with the most amazing dinner at Trattoria Za Za. Highly recommend!
