Chef/Owner Tito Vitorino of Amore Restaurant near downtown Sarasota introduces us to Cod Ribitejano, a delicious dish featuring salted cod, the most famous ingredient in Portuguese cuisine. He brought some Portuguese Custard Tarts, aka Pasteis de Nata for us to drool over as well.
