1 box @barillaus thick spaghetti
4 tbs evoo, divided
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
To taste red pepper flakes
2 tbs capers
2-3 anchovy fillets
1 cup green and black olives, drained and pitted
28 oz crushed Italian San Marzano tomatoes
1 tbs Italian parsley, chopped
Saute garlic with red pepper, capers, olives and 3tbs olive oil for several minutes over medium heat, add anchovy fillets, dissolve then add tomatoes. Season with a bit of sea salt if needed. Bring to simmer and cook for ten minutes. Drain pasta al dente and toss with sauce. Finish with parsley and remaining olive oil before serving. #pasta #italianfood #yummy #buonappetito
