This appetizer is another classic sicilian streetfood called “CAZZILLI”.

Ingredients:
1kg old potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp grated pecorino
parsley
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste

TIPS:
1- Better to cook potatoes with the skin. In that way potatoes retain starches and the final result will be easier to shape and cook.

2- Fry the cazzilli when they are cold from the fridge or freezer (cooking time depends on different factors, just try one if you are not sure if they are cooked enough)
