It’s summer in the Northern Hemisphere and Lyre’s Spirit Co has been celebrating in style with a series of mouthwatering food and cocktail pairing events in the #unitedkingdom.
The intimate three-course dining experience took place on the top deck of The Boathouse London, Regent’s Canal, where guests soaked up the ambience of their surroundings, whilst sipping on a range of refreshing Lyre’s spritz serves. For a chic finish, Lyre’s partnered with creative consultant and tablescape guru, Liv Purvis, to create a bespoke Italian-themed dinner setting to mimic a traditional alfresco dining experience.
Working with premium chefs and top mixologists, each course was carefully curated to bring out the refreshing flavours of the cocktails we all know and love to drink in summer.
All proceeds from ticket sales are being donated to Alcohol Change UK.
