It’s Sparkling Wine Week! Some people call it bubbly or refer to all bubbles as champagne (which is incorrect) Champagne is a specific region in France. For the weekend, we started with a Cremant (another region in France) and ended with Bubbly White from California.
🥂There’s also Prosecco (Italy) and Cava (Spain). Sparkling Wine covers the other regions.
🥂 Sparkling Wine can use different grapes so it can pair with anything. Try a Bubble Rose some time.
🥂Add some sugar to revive the fizz or, heck just finish the bottle.
