The Ferragamo prestigious Il Borro dining concept makes its Greek restaurant debut!
Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda opened at the Elounda Peninsula All Suite Hotel, following successful openings in London, Florence and Dubai.
The concept and culinary programme originates from the renowned Il Borro, the Tuscan Estate, owned by Ferruccio Ferragamo, son of Italian fashion legend Salvatore Ferragamo, known also for its focus on organic farming and sustainable culture.
The menu reflects the estate’s ‘farm to table’ philosophy, using fresh and seasonal ingredients to showcase the best traditional Italian dishes.
The restaurant, that belongs to the Ferragamo family, is currently operating in London, Dubai , Valdarno, Firence and Viesca.
