“Linguine” are wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine. Also, This pasta has an elliptical cross section. “Linguine” originated in the region of “Liguria” in the north of Italy, where it can be found served with basil “Pesto” but it’s also regularly paired with seafood.
