1st Course – a sparkling wine from France (Aimery – Crémant de Limoux Brut NV)
a. paired with Brie du Pommier (or any Brie)
2nd Course – a white from Italy (Cayega – Roero Arneis 2020) or an Italian Pinot Grigio as a substitute.
a. paired with Brabander Goat Gouda (Or any Goat Gouda)
3rd Couse – a red from Portugal (Vinha Paz Red 2010) or any red from the Dão region of Portugal.
