This Thanksgiving I was in ITALY!! and italy does not celebrate thanksgiving…so I had a double Thanksgiving…at school and at home. First cooking experience we made homemade basil pasta with red sauce — out of this wold!! You have not had pasta until you have had homemade pasta. Later my room-mate Stef and I went to our grocery store for our Friendsgiving. it was good and we cooked an amazing dinner of Broiled Cod with Amalfi Coast Lemon Linguini. Out of this world!!
