I love flying Italian airlines to Italy as the experience can begin as soon as we take off from the US. I flew Air Italy’s very nice Business Class service from LAX to Milan and here’s a look at the meals and food service. The airline has a daily, direct flight to Milan from LAX and JFK and a few flights a week from MIA and SFO. I then flew on to a wonderful adventure in Sardinia. You can also see videos of my flight home from Milan and the food on that flight.
The flights were done in Airbus A330 aircraft. Service was friendly and attentive. The seats become flat beds and have a lot of personal space but lack storage. Overall the in-flight experience was excellent.
