Today was pretty uneventful – except that I’m still in freakin’ Venice. Not sure I can really call that “uneventful”. Did I do a lot? Well no. But I did manage to make the absolute best pasta with clams anyone will ever taste. (Hopefully, that is, until I can figure out how to replicate it.)
