Hello again everyone! So in our Tuscany tour 2022 our second stop was another medieval hilltop town, the Montepulciano! It is located in Siena, Tuscany.
Montepulciano has a lot of underground wine cellar, in fact it is well known for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a red wine with DOCG ( under Italian wine law DOCG is the highest designation of quality among italian wines and it is only produced in Montepulciano). So if you are a wine lover, wine tasting is a must!
Also some scenes of the movie Twilight New Moon were filmed in Montepulciano!
