Light golden colour with fine vivid bubbles. Youthful fruity and intense nose with layers of crushed pear, apple and citrus with some autolytic patisserie notes. Rather full palate, creamy and rounded with fresh orchard fruit, citrus, lemongrass and almond notes, generous and long on the palate, still youthful but well-balanced.
