Hello again BS’ers! This weeks adventure takes us out to Celebration, FL to have some Spanish style food at one of Stephanie’s favorite restaurants, Columbia. This famous restaurant was first started in Ybor City, FL which is located right outside Tampa, FL in 1905. Columbia is still a family owned restaurant, 115 years later! We test out some of their famous drinks, the salad (seriously, we say it in the video, but you MUST get the salad), a tapa and our delicious entrée. We were so full, we didn’t get dessert this time, but I can assure you, they are probably amazing! If you’re in the market for some tasty Spanish/Cuban food, look no further. They have multiple locations throughout the central Florida area so you are sure to be near one if you are coming to Florida for vacation. The Celebration location is located about 10-15 minutes outside of Walt Disney World.
