We enjoyed a fantastic Italian dinner at Gioia restaurant at Radisson Blu Azuri Resort in Mauritius. Starting with coppa and burrata salad, which is cured meat and the inside of mozzarella, and bacalao fritters, cod fish cakes. We had braised beef cheek with polenta and mushroom tortellini for the main course. Cannoli and pannacotta finish off a great feast. Each dish seemed to get better and the staff were fantastic.
