– 125g of plain flour
– 4 eggs
– 60ml of milk
– 100g of sugar
– 1 spoon of instant coffee
– 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
– 60ml of oil
Mascarpone cream
– 125g of mascarpone
– 100g of sugar
– 250g of cream
Chocolate mousse
– 80g of egg yolk
– 100g of sugar
– 90ml of water
– 2 gelatine leaves
– 230g of dark chocolate
– 320g of cream
