I had an AMAZING dinner at Culina Restaurant + Caffé with one of my favorite content creators, @itsdenisecas!
Culina is a rustic yet upscale Italian restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. We opted to share several dishes for our dining adventure @culinala to truly experience all that Culina had to offer. Chef Giovanni’s commitment to freshness and sustainability shinned in his elegant presentation of mouthwatering dishes like:
🐠 Branzino Carpaccio Crudo
🥩 Carpaccio Di Manzo Tartufato – prime beef tenderloin, pine nuts, parmigiano, capers, arugula, and winter truffle
🐟 Pescato Del Giorno – branzino served with salmoriglio brushed tableside and served with delicious roasted potatoes
🍐 La Sfera Della Pera – pear mousse, pear confit, spiced cake, poached pears, balsamic cranberry, warm caramel sauce
🔥 Campfire S’mores Dessert – deconstructed s’mores with roasted marshmallows, chocolate mousse, and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
After tasting so many brilliantly prepared dishes, I cannot wait to return to Culina with friends so they can experience the beautifully designed space combined with the upbeat atmosphere, fantastic food, and superb service.
Culina has won several awards, such as Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence in 2018 and 2020, and was mentioned in the Michelin 2019 Guide.
