Italian Sausage Orzo Soup Recipe
500 grams Mild Italian Sausage- About a pack and a half
1 cup orzo pasta
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup medium diced onion
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
1 can of Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
4 cups Chicken broth
BIG handfuls of spinach-about 2 cups
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese- I accidentally said 1 cup in the video! 😬
