I bought from TKMAXX, it’s Italian cooking pot.

The pot I cooked rice from Scoville

Marble mortar and pestle from thrift/charity shop for £5
And steel/metal from Pakistan.

Cashew chicken recipe;

600 g boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp Salt and
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp of Light Soya Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Red bell pepper
1 Large white onions
1/2 Cup Celery
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
4/5 Ginger Slices
3 tbsp vegetable oil for chicken fry

1/2 cup toasted cashews
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Stir fry sauce:
1/3 cup Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar / Lemon Juice
1 tsp White pepper

1/2 cup Green onions optional

(I made double quantities in this video)

FISH PAKORAS RECIPE;

Fish : 700g (i used haddock or basa but you can use any you
like)
Salt: 1 & half tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp (fresh)
Ginger: 1 tsp (crushed, fresh)
Garlic: 1 tsp ( crushed, fresh)
Coriander seeds: 1 tbsp (crushed)
Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp (crushed )
Ajwain : 1/2 tsp
Egg: 2 medium
Yellow food colour: 1/8 tsp
Gram flour: 4 tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Garam masala. 1 tsp
Water : 2 tbsp
Oil for frying

Mango mousse;

Mango Mousse (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:
600 ml Extra Thick Cream
600 ml Mango Pulp
150 ml Condensed milk
250 ml mango pulp
10 g gelatine
(For reference I used 14 inches cake tin and 8 inches mould)
