Marinara Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients: whole peeled tomato can, small tomato sauce can. Onion minced, whole garlic clove; 3 cloves sliced. Olive oil. Spices: Italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, basil, bay leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 Cup of wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Ground Beef, chuck, sirloin, Italian sausage and ground lamb. Your choice of pasta (I used Penne pasta).
Directions: Crush whole peeled Tomato with hands in separate mixing bowl. Mince onion and slice garlic, while you heat Olive oil. Mix ground meat in seperate bowl. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add ground meat when onion and garlic are golden brown. Bring cup of wine to boil in small sauce pan, add tablespoon of sugar. Boil to reduce wine sauce. Add crushed whole peeled tomatos and small can tomato sauce to saucepan with the cooked meat. Add olive oil to not make sauce stick, stir occasionally. Bring pasta water to Boil in large pot. Cook pasta until tender or al dente. Drain pasta water and separate with coliander. Add sauce with meat into pot with pasta. mix and add parmesan reggiano cheese. Plate and serve, enjoy.
